Chef John Patrick Barbaro
John Patrick Barbaro is the current Working Chef at Mullally's, since 2019. John was born in New York and started his culinary career at the early age of 15. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1993 and traveled the world learning from various Master Chefs, including Masaharu Morimoto and Mary Wolf.
John is fully adept at making almost any type of foods from scratch and enjoys the challenge. He moved to the Poconos, from the Virgin Islands where he operated his own establishment, and moved around from various kitchens in this area to finding a cooks position at Mullally's.
It was soon noticed that his talents demanded he take over the Chef position and now there is no looking back. John is passionate and loves to create and please the customer. He is also a good leader and teacher in the kitchen. Our foods are now the best they have ever been.
We are so fortunate to have found Chef John and hoping he remains with us here at Mullally's for quite some time.
