Mr. Patrick Mullally, a lifelong resident of Stroudsburg is the proprietor of Mullally's Clubhouse Cafe. He is in a long term lease agreement with Stroud Township who owns the Glen Brook Golf course. In his nine years of ownership, the Pub and Restaurant have consistently gained in popularity and reputation with the local people.
